Gabe Oser is Chairman and Co-Founder of Valar, where he provides long-term strategic direction, strengthens key relationships, and advises the leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth. Drawing on extensive experience across the U.S. government and private sector, Gabe brings a broad perspective to Valar’s continued development and its work supporting complex global challenges.
Gabe began his career in U.S. Law Enforcement, primarily working within a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) funded program, where he coordinated drug-control efforts among federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to dismantle trafficking networks. He subsequently led and supported high-impact programs across the globe, including U.S. government operations in Afghanistan and Haiti.
As Chairman, Gabe remains focused on Valar’s long-term vision and strategic priorities, cultivating relationships with key government, international, and private-sector partners, and providing guidance to the company’s leadership. He continues to help position Valar for sustainable growth while advancing its ability to deliver innovative solutions to complex security, development, humanitarian, and governance challenges.
