Gabe Oser brings a wealth of experience from both the U.S. government and the private sector to his role as CEO of Valar, leading a diverse portfolio of complex development, humanitarian, military, information, and law enforcement programs. He began his career in U.S. Law Enforcement, primarily working within a High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) funded program, where he coordinated drug-control efforts among federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to dismantle trafficking networks. Over the years, Gabe has spearheaded high-impact projects across the globe, supporting U.S. government operations in countries including Afghanistan and Haiti. Today, he is focused on fostering multilateral collaboration between U.S. strategic interests, foreign governments, and the private sector, driving innovative solutions to global challenges.
