Jared initiated his career in Eastern Africa in the early 1980s by developing innovative approaches to security management, logistics and emergency response. His approach to strategic planning and a mature management style is inspired by the vast variety of people and cultures that he has had the pleasure of working with in Africa, India and in Europe. Jared has demonstrated success in building effective teams in the most challenging environments and gauges true success when reaching the point where capacity is raised to the point where team members exceed his original targets.
